No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, which takes about a minute. We never need your password, and you can remove us anytime.
Is this written by AI?
AI trained on your business writes the first draft. Then I read every piece before it reaches you, so you only see work that’s ready to go.
How do quote follow-ups work?
After you send a quote, text or email us the customer’s name and what you quoted. We write the follow-up in your voice and send it back ready to send.
How do review requests work?
Each week, send us a list of the jobs you finished. We send each customer a short, friendly message asking for a Google review.
How does the monthly customer email work?
We set it up for you. Send us your customer list once, and we write a short email each month, like a seasonal reminder or offer. You approve it before it goes out.
Couldn't I just do this with ChatGPT?
